The logos, banners and the like are trademarks of the Company. The IP Rights may not be used in any manner without the express approval of all or any content featured on Nova Techset Limited. Without the Company’s express permission, You agree not to display or use these in any manner. (iv) signature, sent electronically or physically, of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the User IP;
(v) a statement by the User or owner that he/ she firmly believes that to the best of his/ her knowledge, the use is not authorized by the User IP owner;
(vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that all the given information is true and accurate, and that he/ she is the User IP owner or the one authorized to act on behalf of the User IP owner.
6. User responsibility for content

In addition, the Nova Techset Limited Parties hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, custom, trade, quiet enjoyment, system integration and freedom from computer virus.
